Malaysia Krisis Minyak Goreng
Hilangnya pasokan minyak goreng di pasaran belakangan ini membuat Pemerintah Malaysia angkat bicara. Menteri Perusahaan Perladangan dan Komoditi, Datuk Peter Chin Fah Kui mengatakan pihaknya tengah mempelajari tentang hilangnya minyak goreng di pasaran, khususnya kemasan satu kilogram. Diingatkan pula, kendati demikian para penjual dilarang menaikkan harga jual minyak goreng dengan dalih naiknya harga minyak sawit sebagai bahan baku. Sebab, Pemerintah Malaysia sudah menyubsidi harga tersebut agar para produsen minyak goreng tidak sampai rugi dan tetap mendapatkan keuntungan.
Siapa saja yang menaikkan harga minyak goreng sesukanya dapat ditindak berdasarkan undang-undang yang ada. Tidak ada alasan bagi produsen menaikkan harga jual meskipun dengan alasan harga bahan baku sedang naik,’’ kata Peter Chin Fah Kui. Dikatakannya, minyak goreng adalah salah satu yang terdapat dalam senarai produk komoditi yang penjualannya dikawal pemerintah. Krisis kekurangan pasokan minyak goreng dalam kemasan satu kilogram ini semakin mengkhawatirkan ketika sejumlah negeri di Malaysia turut melaporkan hal yang sama. Terengganu, Selangor, Perak, Pahang, Johor, Perlis dan Sarawak dinyatakan sebagai daerah yang dilanda krisis minyak goreng.
Utusan Malaysia hari ini menurunkan laporan krisis minyak goreng sebagai kepala berita di halaman depan. “Ke mana Menghilang?”, demikian judul besar yang tertera di harian nasional tersebut. Sementara Berita Harian pada halaman depannya menulis “Harga Jual Minyak Goreng Dikawal”.
Kekurangan pasokan minyak goreng paket ini dikatakan sebagai akibat dari ulah pihak-pihak yang bertindak sebagai penyalur sebelum sampai ke masyarakat. Mereka menahan pasokan minyak ke pasaran dengan dalih harga di pasaran sedang tinggi. Tindakan seperti ini menurut Menteri Peter Chin Fah Kui yang bakal membuat harga minyak menjadi lebih tinggi lagi.
Dari pantauan Riau Pos di beberapa kedai di wilayah Kajang dan Bangi, Selangor, kelangkaan minyak goreng juga juga menjadi topik pembicaraan para pemilik toko. Menurutnya, mereka kelangkaan ini bersumber dari pasokan distributor, bukan mereka yang menyimpan minyak goreng tersebut. “Kami tidak mungkin menyimpannya karena kalau ketahuan pihak berkuasa (pemerinta, red) urusannya jadi besar. Kalau ada barang ya dijual, kalau tak ada ya beginilah,’’ kata Usman, penjaga salah satu toko harian yang terdapat di Kajang.
Namun menurutnya kelangkaan juga terjadi karena ada pihak toko yang enggan menjual minyak karena untungnya sangat tipis. Pihak distributor meletakkan dengan harga yang lebih tinggi dari biasanya, sementara kalau dijual di pasaran tidak boleh lebih dari harga yang sudah ditetapkan.
“Untungnya sangat tipis jadinya, hanya sekitar 40 sampai 60 sen untuk setiap kotak. Di dalam satu kotak biasanya ada 20 bungkus. Harga patokan pemerintah untuk satu bungkus minyak goreng kiloan adalah 2,5 ringgit. ***

As I stated in previous articles, I believe that most people give up due to lack of support or in their belief that they will get rich quick without any work on their part. If we are not careful we can seriously go astray in our online marketing business as we market our program or service using ineffective methods.
We can also go broke using expensive, even fraudulent advertising methods which do not work. Internet marketing newbies can be very vulnerable to predatory people online who are just there to take your money by playing up on your fears. So yes... an internet marketing coach can help guide you in the right direction so you can succeed as you work from home. You can make excellent money online with the right program and the right guidance. ***

And here lies the answer to making money online, no matter what you sell. The products, that generate the most income, are the ones that you will own yourself. Certainly I should be making more from the affiliate info products that I sell. But I lose commissions through simple affiliate url tampering. Commissions that are stolen or lost are a real pain. You can try every method in the book to protect your affiliate codes. But after all the hard work is done, you still lose that valuable income.
The people who sell the original affiliate product know this, which is mostly why a high percentage of the sales price is offered to an affiliate to begin with. Because they realize that a very high ratio of sales made on their products will give them the total profit back. The reasons why people change affiliate product codes etc, could run into pages. Let’s just say it is inevitable. This is the reason why I treat all my affiliate based products as purely residual income. But as you can see in this example clearly where the highest return on investment lies. And that is in the products that you actually own.
You can purchase resale rights for info products easily, and it involves not much money at all, most products are available for under $50. Or if you have the time and patience to search the internet. You can find amazing e-books that have free resell rights and the information they contain is really valuable. You will find these types of treasures occasionally, and the lights will start flashing in your eyes when you do. The information that you have just discovered is of value and that is a real key to success. This is why I, at this point, strongly emphasize the importance of this one principle. Only sell products that you feel strongly about and you know that will be of great value to the person who may purchase it.
That includes products you have bought the resale rights for, or a free product, you have discovered with resale rights. If you sell strong products with real informational value consistently you will always succeed. Your customers will return, quite simply because they know where the value of the information they seek is the greatest. And that is at your website. But many "gurus'" coaching programs are not of the quality they claimed to be. Even if they are, newbies are not guaranteed success. Even as the coaching programs' quality is important in contributing to a newbie's success, just as important if not more so, is each individual's mindset and aptitude. Even with the best Internet marketing coaching program, if the newbie is not prepared mentally and physically to take action to implement it, he or she will not succeed. If he or she is not prepared to put in the hours to go through the program, he or she is better off saving the expensive fees, steering clear of such coaching programs.
Some people buy such programs after being shown how good they are, hoping that the programs will somehow transform their lives. The successful Internet marketers are some of the most hardworking people despite what some claimed. If the newbie is not mentally prepared to dig in the trenches and do the required work or wants success bad enough to do whatever it takes, its best to stick to their day jobs. Sure, they can outsource the tedious work but not everything can be outsourced.
So what does it take to be a successful Internet marketer? 7 traits of a successful Internet marketer, in no particular order:
1. An entrepreneurial spirit
2. A can-do, never-quit attitude and does whatever it takes to make things happen
3. A marketing expert and be innovative in marketing techniques
4. Internet & technically savvy (not an absolute must but it sure cuts your learning curve)
5. Ability to focus on what's important, one at a time in terms of priority
6. Integrity as a good business person. Building trust relationships successfully is huge, huge factor in Internet marketing
7. Be well-informed about the current and effective marketing techniques and ability to apply them quickly. This also means willingness and ability to learn and apply new stuff (techniques and technology) If you have all 7 traits, GREAT! If not, you can still succeed if you have some of them. If you are unwilling or unable to find time to take action to learn the ropes of internet marketing AND implement the knowledge you've acquired, don't sign up for the "guru's" coaching program!
Don't fool yourself into thinking that just by purchasing the program, you will somehow succeed in creating a passive income stream. ***
